Kate Mell will charge your debit/credit card for the cost of the products together with the delivery charge stated on each order.
In the event of Kate Mell Flowers being unable to complete your order, due to circumstances beyond our control such as a power cut, bad weather, or not having the correct card details, we will always endeavour to contact you by telephone as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept any liability for compensation due to any such factors.
It is recommended customers provide a contact telephone number for the recipient. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect address a telephone number will assist us to complete the delivery. There can be no refund if the address is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivery times: AM/PM is a request only. Timed flower deliveries cannot be guaranteed and provides no basis for a refund or re-delivery, due to circumstances beyond our control.
If required, we will attempt same day delivery for orders received before 12pm UK time, except on Sundays, Bank Holidays or peak periods e.g. Mother’s Day or Valentines. In the event we cannot complete same day delivery you will be advised by phone or email.
If the recipient is not in when we deliver, we reserve the right to leave flowers in a safe place i.e. with a neighbour or secure place such as an outhouse and put a card through the letterbox to advise where they have been left or if they have been returned. Failing this we will return them to the shop for collection or delivery at a more convenient time (a re-delivery fee may apply)
Whilst we will do everything possible to provide the product you have chosen in design, content and colours, we reserve the right to substitute any or all the contents as necessary, and this will be deemed acceptable provided the replacement provides the same value for money.
Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event your order needs to be cancelled, please advise us ASAP and ALWAYS before we have left to deliver your order. In this case cancellation and a full refund can be processed immediately.
To ensure your flowers remain in the same wonderful condition as they were when they left us, please remember to cut them stems at an angle, place into fresh cold water and to add the flower food supplied. Further instructions can be found on the flower food sachet.
In the unlikely event of a complaint, you must raise this with us within 24 hours so we can investigate thoroughly. We will always deal with you professionally, in order to come up with a mutually acceptable resolution. However, after this period there can be no expectation of a refund or re-delivery.
In the event of dissatisfaction with any item delivered, Kate Mell Flowers reserves the right to expect a photograph of the product delivered so we can investigate. Without a photo to support a complaint Kate Mell Flowers may not be able to process a refund or offer a re-delivery.

Kate Mell Flowers is the proprietor and copyright owner of all content and data held within this website. Other than any proprietary interest in marks, names, trademarks, logos and pictures of others which may be displayed on the site.
Any attempt by third parties to: imitate closely, disassemble, retrieve and use any content and data contained within this site will be in breach of copyright and Kate Mell Flowers reserve the right to seek compensation for the improper use of any material.
